How to manage meetings?

After registration there are two ways to views view and manage meetings:

1. Log in to your account by clicking the "Login" button in the menu on the top of the screen. (In case you have no password please click "Password forgotten")
2. Use the direct access link you can find in the mailings you have received from the B2Match platform.

Once you're logged-in to your account please select "Your Account" in the menu and then go to the Tab "Meetings".

How can I send a meeting request?

1. Once logged-in select "Participants" in the menu on top of the screen to find a list with all participants.
2. Use the search filters to the left to reduce the participants list to more suitable matches
3. Click the button "Request Meeting" next to each profile to send a meeting request.
4. Participants who do not join the matchmaking sessions have no "Request Meeting" button.
   
   
   *For large events with hundreds of participants the download of the participant list may take 1-3 minutes.
   *As long as your counterpart doesn't confirm your request the meeting will not be scheduled.

How can I access and confirm or decline meeting requests?

All incoming and outgoing meeting requests are listed under the Tab "Meetings" in your Dashboard.

To get access to your Dashboard please go to "Your Account" in the menu on top fo the screen and click on "Meetings". 

• Open requests: here you can find all incoming requests which you have not confirmed or declined yet. To confirm or decline a request please click the button "Details".
• Accepted Requests: here you can find all accepted meeting requests (incoming & outgoing).
• Pending requests: here you can find all meeting request that are not yet accepted by the counter part.

Where can I see at what time my meetings will take place?

To quickly access your most recent version of the meeting schedule on your Mobile Phone we encourage to download the B2Match App. You can easily log-in with your email and password. Confirmed meetings you can find in the "Agenda". You can also download your meeting schedule here. You will also receive an email with your personal meeting schedule.

You can still request meetings during the event. So please note that due to last minute bookings and cancellations your meeting schedule is subject to change at any time.
